What we collect
Name, father’s name, home address, office phone, WhatsApp number, email, blood group, date of birth, firm name and address, shop establishment date, whether you are a manufacturer or seller, whether you are a proprietor or partner, type of trade, and a photograph for the ID card.
Why we collect it
The office uses it to review the ID form, issue a member number, collect the joining fee and GST, and print the ID card. Other signed-in members can see your name, firm, city, mobile and photo in the directory.
Who can see it
Office bearers and staff who manage members, payments and meetings. Signed-in members see the directory. We do not sell the list.
How long we keep it
The record stays while the membership is active or needed for a receipt. If the office removes a member, the login is closed.
