Fees and refunds.

Membership fees are set by the office and shown before you pay. GST is added on top of the fee.

This year’s fee

Joining fee ₹5,000 + 18% GST (₹5,900 in total). Next year’s renewal ₹10,000 + 18% GST (₹11,800 in total). If the office changes a membership type, the amount on your payment screen is the one that applies.

When you pay

The application itself has no fee. After the office approves you, the joining fee is due. The member portal and ID card open after that payment is recorded. A receipt is available in Payments.

Refunds

A refund is decided by the office, not automatically. Call the treasurer on 9514130836 with your member ID, mobile number and the reason. If a refund is agreed, the office records it against the payment. Renewal follows the same rule.
